Seems like there are glitches when trying to log workouts or and other foods. I was able to log my own workout from blank plan ok up until a couple days ago. Now it wants me to upgrade my membership even though I am signed on with a coach for the app.

This app has been really helpful! I used this app as a client and as a trainer. It shows work outs for your clients in mini clips. The Nutrition plan shows the basic macronutrients which is awesome for clients to see what they are eating
I’m so disappointed, i can not log in to my account through this app. I can access to my account from the website only. Also there is no contact info on the website I don’t know how to get help.
After the latest update with the timer, the app seems to control music and pause music when switching to a different app or the screen goes to sleep. This is my only issue with the app.
Tried so many apps and this is by far the best one! Plus the support is impeccable! Quick and open to any suggestions.
