I bought a rcw-360 and it never worked. I cannot get anyone to call me back

When it works, it’s great but more often than not, doesn’t send data to your phone/computer. Unreliable

The fact that you simply can’t sign up and have them send you a code is ridiculous. When you register they want some code sent to your email. It’s been 4 plus hours and nothing. I keep resending nothing. This WiFi app is a waste of money. Stay away from at all cost! The true definition of “You get what you pay for”

The does not work and won’t connect to the Wi-Fi

I purchased 5 RCW-800W-THE models and I could not get either of them to connect to my network or bluetooth. To be honest I believe this company makes a living of scamming people. 50 reviews per product looks like the reviews were done internally to get customers. Id stay away.

My STC-1000 wifi device will not change from (c) to (f), even when I change the settings.. when your knocked offline, you have to manually put yourself back on and without instructions since my app has no user manual even though there’s a button for one… can’t find where to put yourself back online? That’s because that button is the wifi symbol at the top that does not look like a button that can be pressed and that function isn’t listed with the rest of the function buttons all in the same area. The thing works but you have to struggle and cry to figure it out and I’m still stuck with certain functions that should be super easy to find, click, and resolve.

After the switched to the new. I can’t get my old controllers to work anymore.

Have been using these devices for over a year now. Working great with no issues. The update gets pushed out and all of my devices that were not in use now won’t respond and the ones I do have in use won’t turn in, off, parameters won’t change…. I’m left with almost $1,000 in plastic that I can’t get to respond whatsoever.
