I am platinum member of eliteclub but it’s of no use, while selling this membership their representative informed me that I can book listed hotel for staycation. Now, whenever I am trying to book hotel their team is saying room is not available. I am following up from last one & half month. I would not recommend to take this package

Advice: Don't subscribe to it, the number of available hotels is very limited and the resorts cannot be booked. Every time I tried, they said it was unavailable, especially on the weekend. The rest of the features are available in several other applications with better features. I have been exposed more than once to a cancellation of a reservation or difficulty in booking in resorts, while the available hotels are very ordinary and originally cheap. When sales contact you, they spread flowers on the floor for you, and as soon as you pay and the purchase is made, they turn their back on you and all you hear is an apology, unavailable. Advice: Don't subscribe to this application.

I am writing to express my frustration with the hotel reservation service on your platform. Despite booking hotels listed as available, I have repeatedly encountered unavailability—more than three times now. As a platinum member, I expected a seamless experience, but I am often forced to choose from limited options that do not meet my preferences, even when booking weeks in advance. This has led me to question the reliability of your service and I cannot recommend it to others.

This platform is a complete SCAM. Dont fall for this people. I paid a specific amount in Dirhams (i forgot the exact amount) to become a member, where i was promised that i get free hotel nights, F&B, and discounts here and there by being a member. However, what I was told before i paid and became a member, does not match the promises and service. Customer services are extremely rude and unhelpful. It’s almost impossible to book a night stay at any hotel, the app is very complicated and not user-friendly and its all just lies and a big SCAM !

Amazing 5-star hotels options, basically you get more than what you paid immediately by redeeming the 2 free nights.. And the other 500 vouchers are bonuses.. Highly recommended!
