Nothing special about this app. So overpriced and they have just charged me over $200 to renew for a year even though I never signed up for it. They’re refusing to refund me even though I don’t even have the app on my phone. Scam artists
Can only sign up for 3 months and it’s expensive. There are lots of profiles with no photos. Think they must start to sign up and then realise how expensive it is. The functionality is bad compared to logging into the website on a browser. You can’t see photos of wildcard matches until you actually like them first and the it’s too late to backtrack. Very average for what you pay
I want my money back. I can’t respond to the unhelpful response - but it’s an absolute waste of money. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Charging that much for such a petty experience. If I get a “thanks for your feedback” / further unhelpful response to this message, I will absolutely take this even further - with no issues.
App does not log in, keeps popping ajax error. (???common.ajax.error.429.text???) Check it out, and update your app, according to apple it’s been over a year since you did that.
App is clunky and feels like a highschooler has coded it, strange lack of functionality. Eg can’t choose distance from you, height, age etc. would not recommend. Wish it didn’t force me to purchase membership before installing

Don’t even bother, 90% of profiles have no photos. Subscription a complete rip off. Algorithm the dodgiest of all the dating apps. Preferences are not even worth setting. No way of getting a refund.
I really wish I’d read the reviews here first before I signed up. Subscription is ridiculously expensive and you can’t even just try 1 month, you have to sign up for min 3 months. The quality of matches are pretty poor, hardly any responses and I know that’s not Elite Singles fault, but I would expect that when charging as much money as they do they’d make sure the app worked really well. Instead it’s buggy, some of the profile photos end up on other people’s messages, it’s very slow to load pages and photos and little info on how to navigate. I believe I can get my money back within 3 days which is what I want but I can’t find where to do that?
Customer care worked slowly and they have technical problems but did get back to me after 4 days with an amicable solution for which I am grateful.
Wish I had read the reviews first, I would never had joined. Biggest waste of money. They never matched me to people close by. Don’t want any one in another state.
