Unfortunately the app keeps crashing, constantly having to log into the app every time I close it. Such a shame as was really looking forward to doing Ellie’s workouts and food!

Unable to even open the app, it crashes

The app has potential. The nutrition element is good, lots of meal suggestions and you can track your calories through the app. However, there is a serious lack of workouts. I was expecting a home workout programme to follow to see progression, however, there is only a short programme with short 20 min workouts and I’m not sure where to go from here once it’s complete. Feels like the app has been launched half complete. I would request my money back if I knew how to!

This app has not been developed very well. Nice workouts and meal plans, but the app itself has a lot of problem that need to be fixed. Difficult to even log in. Would also be great if you could mute the video and listen to my own music.

I bought the app 1 week ago. App wouldn’t work when I registered. I contacted customer service who responded to my initial message via live chat. I’ve asked for a refund 4 days ago and live chat aren’t answering me. Personally, I would avoid at all costs. Not the service I would expect for £9.99 a month.

I bought this app as I like Ellie but sadly the app isn’t great. It crashes very frequently and doesn’t integrate with my Apple Watch well at all. I requested a refund (11th April) and trying to get that back, or receive support from their customer service team has been nearly none existent. Never one to leave comments but maybe this is my only option as no one is responding to me!

I love following Ellie on Instagram, I find her so motivating so when she released this app I knew it would be amazing! Her recipes are delclious and super easy to follow! Her workouts are SOO good! I normally never stick to online workouts and give up but Ellie is super motivating and explains the workouts so well! I am loving her workouts!! I love this app and would 100% recommend! Well done on the app Ellie ☺️

Downloaded this to start the January challenge. The app gives you SO much more. Other workouts and recipes. It also sets your nutrition goals. Perfect app

I really like the app but the workouts are too quick. Each exercise is done very quickly and I find myself having to catch up. Maybe needs better pace. Recipes are good.
