elroy - Your Money, Your Way

This is a joke! I’ve had the worst banking experience of my life with this company! When I should’ve received my deposit, all of the sudden I couldn’t access my account! I called them and the guy said I would be getting a call back either later that day or the next day. A week went by and I called again. I still couldn’t access my money and no one could advise me anything on my acct. That guy told me the same thing as the first guy, except that one told me it wouldn’t be that day or the next most likely to get a call back about my acct. He said the just be patient a little while and someone would call me to help resolve it. I waited weeks on access to a fairly decent amount of money golf mine that I never got! Nor did I ever even get a return call. All they had to do was tell me that my deposit had been returned to the company that made the deposit. I finally found out weeks later when the company that made the deposit called and told me it had been sent back. All Elroy had to do was tell me that much and it would’ve made everything totally different. And I could’ve accessed my money a lot sooner and easier. But like I said, no one would even give me that much info. And to not even call the customer back from lot one but two calls made to them is absolutely horrible business etiquette! No respect for the customer whatsoever! I wouldn’t waste my time or money messing with these folks. And if you ever need an answer about something financial with your account, good luck getting someone to acknowledge you and answering you in any reasonable amount of time or at all even. It’s like they don’t care about the people who are helping build and shape their entire business. Also, there are considerable restrictions and limits on the Basic account, so if you need an account with regular banking features, unless you are willing to pay for the account (and trust me, there are numerous apps and companies that you can get a much better account without a ton of limits for no fee every month), this company is a terrible choice!

I have more than a week trying to use the money I have in the app and they simply say that there is an error in the system and they don’t let me use my money, according to them they have already sent my card and I already have 2 weeks waiting for that

Do NOT waste your time with Elroy. They are an unethical company. After using their app and complying with the new user deposit terms, they decided NOT to honor the terms to pay out the bonus. After asking them to close my account and cut me a check for my balance, they said they don’t cut checks under a certain amount and that the funds would be kept by them…how is this legal?!? STAY AWAY!

You people delay on when someone account is block or lock to attend to the person to fixed And also you people can’t find things for someone when he need help from you people and if hard for you people to see something to someone account to fixed improv it well and make it better cause the account is good to be used so you people have to work on it and manage things better because what happen to me I called and it can’t be solved for me for hours now no one attend to me back for feed back how and why then block/locked my account
