Since the last update every time you open the app it shows you logged in but you can’t see anything so you need to log out and log back in again, it’s really frustrating and time consuming. There’s nowhere in the app to report a problem that I can find - hence this review in hopes ya’ll see it 🥲

I find this app really great. I’m surprised by all the negative reviews. It previously had limited functionality however this has been resolved in the newer versions and it does everything I could need! I am an admin user and find it incredibly helpful to have all admin function in the app. There are occasional quirks in the UI however these are minor and don’t cause issues for me. As an admin user I deal with a lot of people that have trouble with the app, in most cases this is user error and they just need a bit of help. Occasionally there will be a genuine bug however this isn’t unusual with this type of platform and can be forgiven considering how useful/time saving the app is. Tech support has been very helpful for me in the past with quick responses and transparent information. iOS on iPhone 11

The app basically is just a browser tab but an app. Extremely unhelpful, and lacks accessible features that are available on desktop that are used as “hacks” and “work arounds” because of issues with how Elvanto as a whole works. Would not recommend at all

Not as friendly as it should be, too difficult to locate how to even log in, editing personal details is a pain, after guessing how to even locate that option…..

This “app” is just the website, actually it’s easier to use the website than this “app”; Imagine the website, but without a back button. All in all a huge disappointment. Another example that this is not an app: I can no longer tap on a number to call or message, or on the address to navigate from the directory. Also,

What happened to the app?? Why is it now just an absolute steal of the website. Now it's slow and clunky. If you're gonna rework an app, make an actual interface, and not just hyperlinks to each page on the website

New update is terrible. Preferred the old one so much better and great interface. Now I might as well use browser instead.

Although I can log into my account through a browser, the app tells me my username or password is incorrect. Unusable.
