Difficult to log in .. I keep receiving errors.. i can log in on the browser If i was able to log in (once in blue moon), my account details are not updated like points, bookings etc Overall, heavy app and not useful.. Too bad to waste emaar great services on this app

This app is not operating at all.. needs an update soon or to be removed

Once launched was very handy and convenient to use. Since months already simply not working and useless!

Whatever you try to do while using the app, same error pops up all the time. Moreover, even if you have an account, you cannot log in. And if you wanna book a hotel thru the app - as its supposed to have better rates, you simply cannot, although the customer service strongly advertises this app.

I opened the app like 30 times in the past months but couldn’t complete one transaction and if i call the reception transfer me to reservation but the line get cut
