When click Payments - Advance payments - the small screen appears but “Continue” button does not work. How to fix it? Also would appreciate if you create any mean of reporting issues at the app. I have this issue now and it’s not clear at all how and to whom to report it and ask for help

It is impossible to register in the app, because it just throws an errors on every step. Why did you decide to create it?

It says that my iPhone is allegedly jailbroken. Though it’s not

It cannot register, always a mistake

I provided all the information, however i cannot register move-in due to the error that some the fields were not filled in. i double checked multiple times, however registration is still unavailable

I tried for weeks to tell the Emaar one app team that installments are not showing without response. Had to spend hours to go at the finance center to sort things out. Also got late payment fees show up while having paid ahead of time. These got cleared when I spoke to the team at the happiness center. Rebecca and Lilibeth were very helpful.

Since latest update it is unable to find my user id, this release has broken the app, I am unable to login or even lookup my NOc!! Please fix it

It never works

The App is helpful only if it works well. Certain options go missing “Invite Guest” after it’s extended loading. Not User friendly, WhatsApp Chat with AI is a waste & an Agent Request comes with a response after 12 hours & shuts the window in 5 mins after responding at early morning hours. Need to improvise considering being EMAAR & Burj Khalifa.
