Embers Credit Union

Says it will not support my version of iOS anymore. Meaning is can just choosing not to? My phone works perfectly fine no need to buy a new phone this isn’t right.

Please create the option to add and delete a payee on the very same page. It doesn’t make sense how the delete function is in a completely different option

I’m not sure how to set up Zelle with this bank? Like my aunt sent me money so I went to the link and it said press enroll and then had me choose my bank. Then when I chose my bank it said to go to the app and click on “send money with Zelle” there’s nothing on my bank account that says that? I’m just confused and if anybody knows how to do it please help. Also it’s a minors account so that might be why? Idk.

I was so concerned when our local credit union was going to merge with Embers, and my one of my biggest concerns was the mobile app. Needless to say, I’ve been BLOWN AWAY! It’s so easy to use. And when I have a question about anything, I can message through the app, and someone gets back to me within an hour or 2–sometimes much quicker! I’m so happy with this app—they’ve outdone themselves on this one! Thank you!

I have tried calling the wells location 5 different times and have not been able to get through. I wait on hold until it forces you to leave a voicemail then hang up. (My 5 tries were all regarding different issues and weeks apart) This is very frustrating and making me consider transferring my funds to a different credit union. I never once had this problem when it was Delta County Credit Union! Sincerely John

The app that Delta county credit union originally had was way better and more helpful. Actually thinking of changing banks with all these new problems and issues at hand. Been a member for sometime now. I hope things get better bc we don’t want to leave . Thank you Tyler K

The Embers Credit Union app has always worked well for me. I enjoy the messaging system and the accessibility of transfers between accounts. One east improvement that I would make to the app would be in regards go mobile deposits. The capture button for mobile deposits should be closer to the bottom of the screen of any smart phone, as opposed to in the middle of the screen. This improvement will make it faster for members to click the capture button while only using one hand, making on-the-go deposits much easier.

Always pleasant to deal with, tellers are the best! Fast and easy going through the drive through. Thanks for being there.

This app is... in every possible way worse than the previous one.
