OTP
I have been waiting on an OTP to sign in to my account for the last 4 hours !
Not so smart
Very disappointed with the lack of support from the team, the app is just taking up space in the phone,it doesn’t have any use whatsoever, doesn’t even show the Heatpump capacity or control.
Emerald Energy App
Don’t bother, are no help when trying to sort out any problems.
Livelink doesn’t work
Unfortunately the livelink doesn’t work. When you try to setup it sits as ‘configuring’ and that’s it. No reply to the support chat other than some auto response bot sending me unrelated support articles. So far not worth the money. Others have complained of the same issue so not sure why this isn’t captured on any FAQ docs. Best to avoid until the product can be fixed.
Please add support for custom tariffs
Ovo has a plan where it’s free electricity during certain intervals but this app doesn’t allow it to be configured
Not flexible enough
This app only supports peak and off peak. My supplier offers three rates. Can we have an update to reflect this?
Smart Actions
Smart actions not working again. Frequent feedback from them is that WIFI 2.4Ghz signal is weak( it doesn’t work on 5Ghz). I purposely bought a good extender for the heat pump installation and the 2.4signal is very good. Either the heat pump has a low quality wifi connecter or bad programming bugs. Do not recommend using the app. Badly written app
Change of phone
I changed over to a more up to date phone quite a while ago and every other app that transferred over worked except this one. Have never been able to reconnect. Surely you must have wondered that something was wrong after nearly 2 years rather than keeping on sending me advice that there isn’t a report! I know there can’t be a report!
Dodgy Bluetooth
Drops out unless I walk outside to the meter box or stand in the room where the box is externally. Pfffft!
