EMERGENCY HQ: Firefighter Game

This game is a great concept and well done. I’m not sure if it’s because I have an older phone but it is super laggy. The more people you have working the more laggy it is. Very frustrating as I want to play this game and can’t because it just ends up frozen.

So i saw this game on an advertisement and it said u could drive cars and BE police officers and BE firefighters but nooo u have a 3rd person view and have to spend coins to SEND a paramedic and a firefighter this game deserves a 1 star so i would no recommend this game

The new events have been entertaining but the amount of times that the game is freezing now is just ridiculous. Freezes after watching a ad, freezes after clicking on chat, freezes after collecting coins. RIDICULOUS! When it works, it’s great. When it doesn’t, you have to force restart the game multiple times within 5 mins.

Sure some of the missions can be repetitive but you learn to designate and you get better and expand your missions. I’ve spent no money and it’s been a great time killer for months now If you like sim games this is great

I initially would have given this game a much higher rating as I do enjoy playing. I’ve been playing it for years and spent money purchasing gems etc. as well as building my emergency village. Sadly after 6 or more years playing, I am unable to access my account as it glitched and the error code said to uninstall the app (which I had done previously with no issue) but when I did that, it took me straight back to the start. Tried logging in, no luck. Tried contacting for support to get it back - back and forth for weeks and support was no help as they kept giving suggestions that I had already explained that I had done. When I asked if i can get it back, by giving me a temporary password etc or am I wasting my time emailing, I haven’t heard back since. It’s a shame that I had spent real money recently on purchasing things too and had built up a collection of items in my base. It still exists as I can ‘visit’ it 🤦🏻‍♀️

Best game ever I love the missions and upgrading the headquarters. I got an idea for the next level of the headquarters can you add new missions like School. Attack. And an hurricane or tornado Thank you for this game I love it. Can’t wait for the next update

I was enjoying this game - I decided to spend $14.99 for in game money - once I allowed the transaction to go through it actually took $59!! from me. Not happy Want my money back
