Emily Skye FIT: Workout App

The app is very glitchy and keeps kicking me out .. won’t even load the recipes. The buzzer is very quiet for ending and beginning the work out. Disappointed

This app either has major technical faults or is a scam. Signed up to the 7-day free trial which after clicked on the free trial, asks some personal details then leads you to a page that reads ‘No charge until your %@ trial ends. Cancel anytime.’ The symbols I assumed was a glitch but I presumed referred to the 7 day trial given I only reached this page after clicking on the 7 day trial link. However, to proceed with the trial you have to choose a subscription which you given the wording of everything on each page should NOT charge you until you free trial ends, with an option to cancel before the charge is made. It charged me straight away. To make matters worse, the app for me doesn’t even work - I can’t see anything in the program page. I have cancelled my subscription (that I didn’t even sign up for) on the same day and have lodged a complaint with Apple Pay, my bank and sent an email to Emily Skye’s team (as the help link in the app also doesn’t work). Not great I have to do all this and have now warned my friends about it.

Recently downloaded this app to utilise the 7 day free trial to see if it fit what I wanted. It immediately charged me for a 12 month subscription, which I would never sign up for (I always choose month by month). I have tried to make contact with the app designer on various platforms with no response. It actually breaches my rights to charge me a subscription without a refund, without using the application at all let alone offering a free trial that I was never given before charging me full price! It immediately tarnishes the brand - not happy and not interested in using it further

Inside the app, I couldn’t get past the page choose metic or imperial, unless I chose imperial. Then none of the programs would show, it was just blank. Then I tried to submit a help ticket, and it kept saying ‘ticket failed’. Not a great experience!

I love this app I used it during my pregnancy now I’m using it postpartum . I also used it before I was even pregnant. Love the range of programs that you can choose from 😃😃

Costumer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. I cancelled my subscription to this app, however months later I am still seeing payments come out of my account. I contact costumer service to be told there is nothing they can do and they will not refund me. I no longer have access to the app but am still paying. I am absolutely furious.

I subscribed to the app but can’t get into the app. As I choose metric or imperial for measurements, I get an error message and can’t go any further.

I have been very disappointed with this team and the app, I haven’t not had this app downloaded on my phone for over a year and what I thought was not subscribed to them. I haven’t received any emails from them what so ever over the last year and never received an email saying that my membership while renew if I do not cancel, they then took $90 from my account and then failed to email me after they took my money telling me that my membership was renewed. I emailed them questioning this as I have not been using the app or subscribed or warned and they said no refunds can be done. This is really disappointing on their end especially when it’s so close to Christmas and the cost of living has gone up. I will not be recommending this app to anyone as all Emily and her team cares about is money.

The 14 day trial is a lie, you won’t be able to cancel, the app doesn’t let you. If you ask for your money back don’t expect it because you will be told they can’t. This is a scam and you can’t opt out if you don’t like it.
