My remarks: -your app is not user friendly - too many data to reach are hiden not clear in front of you -you don’t have face recognition and one should write the ID and password everytime -I try to covert currency dollars to EGP in the middle of the week it refuses and state during weekend and holiday no such transactions!!! -I could not find my debit card’s statement easy Conclusion: comparing to almost major banks yours is difficult

It’s always like no network connection .. the app isn’t working for few days .. and ur not taking any actions … weird

App was working fine and stable until the last update, but now it crashes after 10-20 seconds Moreover, They did not fix this bug for 18 days now, This makes me lose faith in their systems

The App was great now crashing always and i have to try several times and on long periods till becomes stable kindly work on it this is not accepted at all.

ليس لدى بطاقة ائتمانية وأيضا أتمنى تفعيل برنامج ( بنك نت )
