EML Benefits Отзывы Пользователей
Card and service
Very bad app and service I don’t know how they run a business they very rude no help they hack scam my card around 3 times , no security or any help you have to do everything fill the form and complicated and they cancel my card without ordering a new one and said to call my salary packaging even they are who providing the card
I don’t recommend this company I don’t know how the salary packing make contract with these unprofessional service and security
Not a good app at all
Absolute rubbish. As of time of reviewing the app is not working. When it did, it was slow, clunky with apoor interface
Terrible terrible
If only negative stars were an option
Glitchy and unable to save login details.
This app is very glitchy. Unable to save login details in iOS so have to go searching manually for the password every time I want to check my balance. It does the bare minimum, and not very well.
Finally
Finally the app has face recognition! This is a massive improvement and makes checking your balance so much easier.
Useless App
This App does not work for me at all. The moment I sign in, it says ‘session has timed out’ and logs me out. I have tried on a number of occasions and the same thing happens. The website is almost as bad and the help page has very limited functionality.
Useless App
Never allows saving of credentials every time one has to enter email ID and password. The show and save is useless for NSW users. NSW health must get rid of this program or choose a partner who can provide a better app.
Abysmal user experience
The only real feature of this application is to check a meal and entertainment card balance.
It requires the user to manually type in a full email address and password every time it is opened, and there is no option for the login details to be saved.
Banking and financial applications don’t require the user to manually log in each time, so for the the user experience for a basic application like EML Benefits to be so inconvenient is inexplicable.
The addition of a basic PIN or facial recognition login feature would resolve this issue, however the provider seem to be content to continue to collect fees for their “service” without investing anything to improve basic functionality.
Outdated App
The year is 2024. You still have to manually type in your details everytime you log in.
No zero star option
I’m so glad my workplace replaced Westpac as our salary packaging card provider and replaced them with this company and its near unworkable login process. I’d be embarrassed if this was my company’s app.
EML, can you possibly take heed of the appalling reviews and update to something like we all experience elsewhere?
