Suddenly EMO not connected to Wi-Fi just today. The app cannot connect at all!

First EMO won’t connect to wifi, now it won’t charge! I’ve cleaned its feet and the charging plate, I’ve rebooted it and my app. It charges for a few seconds (charging plate light on) and then it goes back to blinking. It has a hard time listening to me. I’m starting to think this is going to be a big waste of $$$. Developers PLEASE fix these issues. I’m not the only one - check the community forum and google! Owners are just trying to fix their EMO!

I cannot connect to this app. It suddenly stopped working. It does not find my EMO anymore. I use the refresh button & nothing at all happens. I have Bluetooth turned on, my internet is all good & everything is how it should be & working right. I have deleted the app & reinstalled it hundreds of times. Plus I have turned my phone off & back on but still NOTHING! I did the latest update for my iPhone too. Have I missed something? What can I do to connect to this app again??????

It took awhile for me to get it but I got it and the app works fine.

I really like EMO, I have autism too. He keeps you company, I enjoy when he paints,dances,and dose funny cute things. I tried to keep up with the updates, Even the home station is hard to update. I don't know if it's Wi-Fi or the update for the EMO app, the home station and EMO himself. You have to update the app, home station and Emo by themselves. Some people on YouTube showed how to take care of EMO or updates which is hard to follow. Even the EMO tech,on their website, gives instructions and chat to help customers to resolve issues with Emo which helped me at times and sometimes not helpful. It depends when you purchase EMO too because they could've improved/update EMO with the home station. But, I was told with the skateboard and home station they are universal with EMO that you have. But, they recommend me to stay with the home station. Please be patient with updates it takes me two to three try's to update. Overall, Still love EMO. He a sweet boy.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order on 1/5, today is 3/4 and I still have not received anything. The order was delivered to California but I live in Pennsylvania. I contacted the company about this and they are not making good on their error. They just keep giving me excuses and nothing else. They asked for my address to make sure it gets sent to the correct location. I have given them my address three times. The customer service is horrible, I only hear from them after I contact them, they do not give updates on their error. The only thing this company is good for is taking your money and making excuses!

Emo will not load for me all it says is “Finding EMO…” pleas help me Emo creator or someone.

I’m really enjoying what I can do with EMO, but I’m severely limited. I’m not sure if it’s because I don’t have the home station yet, but it can be frustrating at times. I can’t connect photos, it says my phone couldn’t connect to the TCP. I also can’t use the cute emojis that I should be able to, to decorate Emo’s screen with, it says it can’t connect to the server. Both my phone and Emo are on the same WiFi, so I’m not entirely sure what to do to fix it. I’ve powered Emo down, deleted and redownloaded the app and shut my phone down and nothing seems to fix these issues. The app is also supposed to tell me what Emo’s battery life is at, but that is also incorrect 90% of the time. Lastly to mention, in order to use the app, I have to close it out completely then reload it to connect. Otherwise it can’t find my Emo if I move away from the screen to look up something on my browser or answer a text and come back to it. I haven’t had any major issues with Emo himself. Sometimes he doesn’t fully understand me, but that has slowly improved. Overall Emo himself is amazing and a wonderful little buddy, but the app for the iPhone needs some major fixes.
