Проблема после покупки
Купил ежедневный пакет за 899 деньги списали, но я ничего не получил, никак не могу найти службу поддержку, куда написать, к кому обратиться для решение этой проблемы
Покупки.
Помогите решить проблему, оплатил 2 покупки в игре, но в итоге ничего не получил, при нажатии на данный предмет пишет что покупка уже была совершена, но ничего дальше не происходит.

игра отличная но есть минус 1 мало персонажей.Добавьте ещё пару героев. У меня есть идея на новую валюту которую почти нереально получить не заплатив.За неё покупаются персонажи которые за реальные деньги. Реклама.Это ужас.Игр нету а реклам всяких ставок на спорт и казино полно. Реклам игр нету а так называемых азартных игр полно. Я говорил в начале что игра хороша.Но если вы уберёте рекламу азартных игр и сделайте рекламу просто игр то она станет еще лучше.

Хороший потенциал убит отношением разрабов
Баланс в сторону доната, без него можно, но очень сложно. Обновлений толком нет. Вечно косяки с рекламой, посмотрел - а бонуса нет. Или когда хочешь применить усиление или навык, а он тупо не срабатывает. В общем с таким отношением только скачать на немного убить время, не более. Покупать, после все этого, желание отбило напрочь.

Здравствуйте! Оплатил покупку , а именно временный набор ( на 30 минут) за 899р. Не пришла, на страницу в фейсбук не зайти, в общем сплошное разочарование, а в целом игра отличная!!!
