If you have $2-3000 to spend on a online game that will give you absolutely nothing in return, this is the game for you. Or you like to pay to be humiliated. Extremely unbalanced, but give plenty reward to big spenders. And very addictive. A lot of tragic stories about people who have used thousands of dollars over several years that really is ashamed of what the got hooked on.
It's a pity that you can't put 0*. Total deception in the game.
I think its a fun and challenging game! it also builds the mind to find puzzles which I also enjoy a lot!
Unless you are prepared to spend $2000 - $3000 a month or is a masochist, stay clear.

Absolutely horrible customer policy and customer treatment. I had a really miserable experience trying to get help after I lost a ton of gems by accident (160 days worth of gems from subscribing to VIP), by a simple missclick in 2 seconds. Having been a loyal paying user for over a year, they didn’t even really take my help request seriously, and when I tried to ask more they closed my chat conversation and ignored me. I can’t remember last time I encountered so bad customer treatment from a business. Also the recent power creep and obviously overpowered heroes that they quickly nerf after people have chased them, is starting to get a bit old now… Stay away if you want to support a company that cares about their players. Have heard similar stories from others who needed help.
