Does the job all the time, nice and simple!

The app’s generally good. It’s easy to find and buy tickets and loading them onto the smart card is straightforward. But! The live times are a shambles. They seem to be filtered by their scheduled time, not by the time they’re actually running. Eg a train running late won’t show on the live departures after its scheduled departure time. So you can be standing on a platform like a muppet waiting for a slow train when a late running fast train can get you there much quicker and you’d never know. Ask me how I found out :( Stick to the National Rail app for live departures until they sort this nasty bug out.

Simple process to successfully generate & purchase a ticket. There is no pressure to hurry you through the purchasing process, which is fantastic.

Opened the app up and just froze on the want to stay notified part right at the start, very poor.

The app is stuck on update notification screen. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling but it hasn’t sorted it.

Easy to use app and very clear presentation. Limited use thus far but, having sorted out my times and about to purchase, I was surprised to find I couldn’t edit my requirements, namely two tickets rather than one, plus a travel card discount. This seemingly can only be done at the front end, so one has to back-track and go forward again, which seems unnecessary.

Super easy to use, especially when it’s linked to Apple Pay. Search for tickets, dates, times and buy. One gripe is that it seems very excessive to charge a £10 administrative fee for changing an advance ticket. I can handle £2 or £3 for this service but £10 seems excessive especially when it’s a very quick process to change the ticket on the app. But, a highly recommended app.

Using senior rail card and parking at Loughborough station travelling frequently to London.. overall excellent service.. luxury item magazines free at the station.. read enjoy enroute to London. Can travel home after theatre concerts end ✔️ Standard class used.

What’s more it’s impossible to switch ticket from this useless card to e ticket. Waste of time and money

Allows me to buy a full price ticket, but sporadically fails to let me buy a cheaper week pass or longer. Funny that, not.
