Recargar
No puedo recargar mi tarjeta. ¿Para qué quiero la app? La actualización de los autobuses en las paradas ni siquiera funciona bien.
Recargas desde la app y gps
Apple ya abierto el NFC de los iPhone pero en la versión para estos móviles no hay opción ni para recargar ni por supuesto, consultar detalles de la tarjeta. Por otro lado, en la opción trayectos, me pide tener activada la localización sienpre, con el innecesario gasto de batería que tiene eso para dos ratos que cojo el autobus. Así que uso otras aplicaciones que solo me piden tener activada la localización sólo al usarla y me funciona perfectamente.
ICONO RECARGAR
Desde hace tiempo no aparece en la aplicación la opción de recargar como estaba. En las fotos que está puesta aquí, aparece pero al instalar no aparece. ¿Cuando estará disponible? Gracias
Mejoras en la aplicación
Se queda muy pillada y va muy mal, no tiene para recargar la tarjeta desde el móvil y podrían meter la tarjeta de la EMT digital porque la física se bloquea, se pierde, se rompe… a estas altura de cómo está desarrollada la tecnología deberían de incluirlo y darle un lavado de cara.

Cuando se va a actualizar la app para que se pueda recargar la tarjeta también con un iphone?
App horrible
No funciona la mitad de las veces, avisos sin mucha información sobre cortes y dónde coger los buses, ya que algunos dependemos de esto por desgracia para ir a trabajar.
Fatal no sale en app
Fatal la aplicación falla un montón llevo tres días que no me sale los horarios ni lo que le queda al autobús
Recarga NFC iPhone
Incomprensible que no se pueda realizar recargas desde un iPhone.
Tarjeta oro
En la estación de buses hay un stand en el que tramitan la tarjeta oro. El turno es a un usuario por hora. Llegan las 14:30 y no te han atendido con 10 números delante. Muy mal servicio por parte de la empleada que es más lenta y muy poco eficiente
