I can’t understand how such good bank can launch such awful app. I can’t add card to Apple wallet, It is impossible to send message using app because symbols are not possible to add: .? Etc. Today I received a new card and the app shows that I have to pay smth with deadline 2 days ago….i can’t understand how can this app pass internal Q&A tests 🤷♂️
Currency conversions is broken, locating ATM and branch also

I wish I learned more about the bank before opening an account there. So disappointed with their service level
Very poor and glitchy app. They advise to activate newly received card in the app - but such option is not even there, or it says “you are not eligible for this service”. So you are eligible to get a card but not to activate it in the app as requested on card’s sticker. And that’s just one example.
- impossible to find transaction by recipient name if it was a year ago - if you have two credit cards shows strange cumulated open balance, not usable, have to calculate it on my own. Doesn't allow to have separate payment for each card - impossible to open account using the app
