Terrible. If I could give zero stars I would.

We have been using Encircle for awhile now and the ease of use and support we have received whenever we have had a query has been nothing short of excellent. The app speeds up our data inputs and enables the techs to spend more time on the tools. Highly recommend.

Have been using this app for my insurance work for 3 years now. Very handy app with a lot of tools. Good design as well. HOWEVER. Please we need an update to adapt the app to the most recent phones. The app works better on an IPhone 8 than an IPhone 13Pro Max. It’s really slow on the new IPhone and it slows down our work. Wonderful app but please give it an update. Thank you

Great app but after over a year of daily use on jobs, some things need work: Stability of the camera needs a lot of work, the encorporation of the wide angle camera if the device allows would be handy, just the overall camera experience needs improving to be faster and smoother producing clearer photos. Almost impossible sometimes to take a clear photo with the flash. When doing contents inventory (item), a drop down bar or section we can enter what is wrong with the item currently after the event, there already is ‘pre loss condition’, so a handy thing would be ‘post loss condition’ (swollen, water ingress etc) Even though not everyone uses the app for the same thing, a monitoring tab would be so handy for monitoring jobs, if possible Overall, the app is great and we wouldn’t use anything else, but these improvements would

Looked urgently for an App which could quickly help making an inventory of our friends home after they went into Aged Care. Encircle did just that. Thank you!

Perfect for itemized in inventory list of household belongings before loading into a container. Very good for insurance purposes. Good functionality and easy to use with multiple hand held devices.

Everything works as it says it does... you can access on all devices.... Easy to use....simply takes the headache out of insurance companies that need proof of ownership this app does it all..... Highly recommend this app to anyone......

Worked OK at first so I’ve spent hours cataloging and uploading photos. Now there’s about 100 items/ photos that will no longer open at all, no matter how long you wait or reload or reboot. Also even when it was working my main complaint is that there’s no way to re-order or sort your lists, like alphabetically or any other way. Will continue looking for another app for my purposes, this one turned out to be garbage.

Who’s bright idea was it to make you save a picture before you can take the next picture ? I spend countless hours now taking photos when it used to take me a couple minutes…. 👎🏽

After the 2 week trial I moved forward with the month to month because I had high hopes. Unfortunately encircle didn’t perform as I hoped and I found a program more suitable for my work. I contacted Encircle team to see if they would work with me because I only used for a month and they refuse to waive any contract and I have to pay 3k for a app that is unorganized and doesn’t meet expectations. I would warn any company against doing business with this company.
