Endo45 | Endometriosis App

Endo45 works as an overarching app to improve Endometriosis issues for the user. It does this by getting you to track key issues to do with endometriosis along with you setting a specific goal of what you would like to achieve or improve. This is your endo score. It then recommends actions that could be helpful to achieve this goal and increase the Endo score. I have found having the Endoscore and a way to track symptoms over time super helpful. This is the first app I have found that is endometriosis-specific and focuses on symptoms and management of endometriosis while also being able to track periods. Having recommendations or ideas of things to try to improve symptoms holistically at home is helpful and gives me a sense of control over my health, which is something endometriosis often takes away. The app is well-organized, simple to use, and aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend using the app and seeing if it is something you could integrate into your endometriosis management.

Have tried multiple times to make an account with my personal email and my work email. Both times it’s said my email is already in use yet I’ve never tried to create an account before ?? Am not really impressed by that

This app is a great space to come learn and manage all things endometriosis. It has so much knowledge and works to educate people on a holistic level. It is the best app to track cycles, manage symptoms and learn how to improve quality of life. It is great to finally have an understanding and safe space located all in one app. I feel more empowered and in-tune with my body, thanks to Endo45!
