Very relevant Training App for Endurance Athletes! 🤩
I’ve always struggled how to incorporate the right amount of cross-training into my weekly training when I became a Triathlete. I either did too little, too much, or irrelevant weight or body weight exercises that did not compliment the forward movements of swimming, biking, and running. I’ve tried many CrossFit and general resistance training apps out there but felt that most of the exercises were not relevant to Endurance Athletes and that I was just “exercising” on top of my Triathlon training. This is the first App that I’ve used that is relevant and directly beneficial for Endurance Athletes that is periodized to match the cross-training load throughout your season; and also has community support and tracking to keep you accountable! All the exercises in the App take no longer than 30 to 40 minutes, which you could fit 1-3 times a week with the right planning. Already feeling stronger with my Swim, Bike, and Run training. Looking forward to staying strong and injury free this season!
