Energizer Connect

I don’t have any Bluetooth devices in my home. Can you stop asking me to turn on Bluetooth..

The energizer app worked fantastic with the cameras, ever since the latest update one week ago, the app has been very unstable. The camera images are jittery, and the new layout is very unfriendly. If the developers could revert back to the last update, everything would run smoothly again.

When I select the camera full view, the screen does not rotate into landscape mode and the picture looks distorted.

Great app, but since the iOS16 I can’t see my camera in full screen mode.

My review rating is very good I can’t complain about the system I’ve had it for a few years and it works properly all the time and very easy to install and it’s reliable highly recommend so I went out and bought a whole bunch of the energizer doorbell cameras and I gave some away for gifts for Christmas and I kept a few extras for myself as I installed more than one thank you for the system have a beautiful day

Must have had a couple of high school kids write this app. Awful UI and if you have a power outage all information about your smart device is lost. Ever hear of cloud integration?

I like the HD view only thing I am not satisfied it’s a half of iPhone picture I don’t know if I can have the full screen or it is what it is.

I have had these for several years & when I did have issues it turned out to be problems with the internet or modem. Picks up motion from a long distance and gives a great quality image.

Update . Energizer won’t fix this simple screen defect. Instead they have decided to gain on this and tell me to buy new or live with it. Nothing is wrong with the camera , im definitely switching out next chance I get. Very scummy business practice. After latest update I can only see half the camera recording. Please fix !
