This is my go-to, daily guide for wellbeing. I use this for meditation, to help me follow asleep, lower anxiety and stress, and several other things. I’m a total beginner to a wellbeing holistic lifestyle but this app has changed my approach and made it very easy and accessible for me to work on my wellbeing and mental health every day. My anxiety and ESPECIALLY sleep patterns have gotten so much better. 5/5!
