It would be nice to see this application updated. As a fairly new installer, it would be helpful for the mobile side to receive an update as it offers a bit more options that I dont see in the new Enphase Toolkit application. Also it would be helpful if we as installers can do somethings on our side in the manager such as push through current system updates and other tasks that CSR’s can take care of. After speaking to a rep today, they stated how there are installers who will call in and expect them to take care of certain tasks and they are technically only allowed to assist which is understandable. If there are something on Enphase’s side that we as installers could do to one, help efficiency and two, reduce the amount of time reps are helping i thing that would be great; leaving us to call in on major issues that we may need actual help with such as determining grid events or figuring out cross talk/noise issues with larger systems.
This would maybe be useful if one could see the total production. It’s cut off from screen in the day, week, month, year, and lifetime views. Effectively useless.
Why even have an app this bad!!!!. Thank god the solar panels they make are better than the app. Just delete this and save us the trouble of even knowing it exists.
I had the system installed yesterday, and I received an email requesting that I download the app to monitor my new Solar system. I don’t know the password, and when I try to reset it, I do not get an email link as promised. Something fishy with this system.
I’ve had manager for almost 6 years now. Lately it opens to a blank page in my IPad.
This app just takes you to a mobile formatted version of the Enlighten Manager website. It shares the same name “Enlighten” for the icon (same as viewing app) which can get confusing. I think Enphase should retire this app and create a new one for the Manager functions. Deleting this.
Installed, set username password and can’t get past initial demo video. Poor application development. Please fix.
I have a strong Wi-Fi in my home. It serves three iPhones and three iPads and a smart tv! Enlighten can’t stay connected for two freaking hours. I’ve gone to the support team several times. Nothing happened after going through seemingly stupid steps to reconnect. Oh, it generally does connect … only to disconnect within a few hours or a day. Sometimes it reconnects by itself … then, gone again! JUNK! Don’t waste your time with this app!
This is the way I’m supposed to monitor my solar - except you have to open the app, touch ‘more’ and then you see you have a message that your solar isn’t working. Sounds like no big deal, except if you have a life beyond your solar panels…
