When I was introduced to mindfulness 8 years ago I honestly wished this could be covered in school curriculum. This App has topped it all. It helped me to identify myself, know myself better especially my growth path as EPT 8. I introduced it to many of my friends and family members and they forever grateful. Great work here and the edited version is a masterpiece.👏🏽👏🏽

To upgrade to the full contend is worth it . It is not expensive .. I find the App very to the point and the information interesting . A definate plus for a quick review of something ... accessible on your phone .

Why bother with a so called free app when not even a small amount of content is available .. totally put me off so I won’t even consider buying the full version.

You need and android version!!! This is an amazing app and should be able to be shared on different devices!!! Please make an android version and then you will get 5 stars
