Envol - Meditation & Wellness

I’ve been listening to this app for a couple years. I absolutely love it. The “aware” 8 min meditation is my favorite. Listening to that w/ the ladies soothing voice has gotten me through a very difficult time in my life. There’s also some frequencies ones where its easy to meditate bc the sounds are so soothing. I definitely recommend the paid version. I also follow the creator on IG, Julie Morin. Her story is amazing, and very inspirational.

I love this App, I use it every day. I have tried other Wellness App and none of them come even close to this one. Incredible meditation, amazing breathing exercises and the best 3D sound journeys and frequencies to listen to for relaxation.

Absolutely love Envol! I’ve been using the meditations and sound frequencies for months, and recently added in the breathwork and visualization music. It has unique offerings that aren’t overwhelming with too many options. Highly recommend!!

I’m really enjoying the beautiful frequency music, and it’s a really nice app and so well done. I’d love to subscribe if it was closer to $5/month, but $15/month is what I pay for YouTube Premium, which offers a ton of material. I can’t justify that price for this app. :(

I LOVE Envol and haven’t seen anything quite like it, it combines many different meditation styles, breathwork techniques, sound healing, techniques of manifestation/affirmations, healing sound frequencies and etc. all in one place. I used headspace for a long time and loved it, but once you know how to do zen meditation I don’t find the guidance as helpful. These meditations are more targeted to help you rewire your brain, heal physically and break old patterns and stories that no longer serve you. I still love zen meditation, but the stuff on Envol is MAGIC. If you are a Joe Dispenza fan and believe in the power of your mind to heal yourself, you will love this app. There is so much detail put into the different meditations and sound journeys. I use it every day!!

I’ve been using this app on and off for nearly 2 years, and every day consistently for 6 months. It helps me have deeper, more restful sleeps. The morning meditations allow me to start the day mindfully with a positive outlook. When in pain, it’s the only thing that keeps me calm and allows me to surrender and go through it. I love the guided meditations but I also really love the frequencies and sound journeys. I use the app to breath before bed. I also use it to when stressed or overwhelmed. I calculate my recharge score and it helps me stay motivated. This is a great app developed by amazing people who understand chronic illness and how to heal. I am very grateful to have this tool in my toolbox! Thank you! 🙏🏻💜

I began following Julie’s health journey years ago and was greatly inspired by her daily progress. Her Instagram content helped encourage my path towards healing chronic illness. I genuinely thought I had learned all I needed to simply from her social media content and never bothered to even check out the app she had been developing. I am now a month into utilizing the Evol app and my healing and emotional wellness has shifted into a whole new gear. Daily great practice has brought me into a space I have never been in my life.

I am grateful for this app, I was able to try it multiple times for free to see if the price was worth purchasing the app and it most definitely is! I purchased a year subscription and cannot be any happier with the money spent. This app specifically has helped me over come some obstacles in my health journey & my nervous system feels calmer every day now. Thank you for creating a space for healing!!!

I would recommend this to anyone with cfs, the visualization dream sound is one of my absolute favorites. You can tell that so much love and kindness went into building this app

I absolutely love the meditations in this app! I use them to help me fall asleep or when I’m stressed in the middle of the day. There are other meditation apps out there but the creators of this one have put in so much care and work to make sure their meditations are amazing. They incorporate beautiful nature sounds and the sound quality is top notch. Plus, the wording and reading of the actual meditation is so thoughtfully done. This is an app everyone needs in their life!
