Can not login

App does not work in iOS ; Login button remains disabled if you use face recognition for credentials; The button gets enabled if you key in the password. Still it does not let’s you login and shows incorrect user name or password Error with correct credentials, which works on web version

Been trying to get around this app for a while. Provide sign in credentials and it stays on the same login page.

Hi , I am using iphone 11 pro, tried logging in with my username and password. The screen just loads and lands in the same login page.

Increase the login session time and keep me logged in. I always have to login when I open the app

The interface is very clean and clear, I could see all my essential expiration dates at one glance, and it’s made very easy to communicate with attorney on any questions and concerns in the app. Love the feature where you could track and upload the documents for yourself and dependents.

Very helpful way to check my case status. Easy and efficient way to communicate with the lawyers associated to my case. Great way to keep track of my expirations. It has a nice library for storing all my personal documents. Overall very user friendly app. Great app!

Very well designed mobile app. It provides everything I need to know about my cases, immigration status and expiration dates at my fingertips. I love that it allows document uploads as well. It makes taking actions needed super easy and fast!

This app is really easy to use and helpful to keep track of important visa expiration dates at one place. I love this feature of retrieving I-94 information from USCBP website with the click of a single button. Comm center provides me an excellent way to get in touch with an immigrant expert quickly. Its useful to have all of my cases listed along with their exact activity and milestone steps. I would like to thank Envoy Global for creating such an awesome and user-friendly app.
