Envoy Mobility

The vehicle location is convenient for me and the reliability for the vehicles is important for me as a customer. The app is very helpful and straightforward, easy to work with. When I needed customer service I was able to get ahold of assistance very quickly. I do wish that we were able to use more than one credit towards a ride.

Very clunky. Very tricky to find availability for cars. Need to manually query. It is also very buggy. Used it a few times and decided to use zipcar instead

Terrible app, incredibly unusable. And how do I access account info within the app to delete my financial information? I’d like to delete this app and I do not want you to have any financial info of mine, but that is not available in the app. If this is not remedied, I will be reporting this app to Apple for unsafe practices.

So much better than any other car share I have used in the past.

On vacation in Hawaii and been using this at our resort instead of having a rental parked for the week paying $35 a day for valet. It’s been super easy and convenient. The app is a little buggy but support has been extremely helpful and responded within 5 mins every time I’ve reached out so no real complaints. Will def use again.

I’m struggling to book a car. Despite cars being available they are seemingly unlisted all the time.

This app is one of the buggiest apps I’ve ever used. It constantly fails to log-in, recognise credit card details and says you need to update, but when you click update, it takes you nowhere and it’s says up to date in App Store.

Feel very blessed to have Envoy in my apartment building. We are a family of 6 and own 1 car and use envoy mobility as our family’s second car. To the market and ALL kf our errands its convenient and much cheaper than owning/leasing a car and dont even get me started on insurance.

This is by far the best and most useful amenity in my building. Booked one of our Tesla’s out for a few hours, no keys, just unlocked w my phone. So slick. And affordable. My GF and I share a car so this is perfect. Well prob get rid of our car soon too cuz insurance is crazy expensive.

The fact that the vehicles are electric is a huge plus, as it aligns with my commitment to sustainable living. Customer support is also responsive and helpful, which adds to the overall great experience. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, eco-friendly way to access cars, I highly recommend Envoy!
