Rubbish
I have spent almost 10 hours of my time calling these people. I have explained it to them so many times that the meter battery is low and needs changing. First they made me create an account even though I am on a pre payment meter. And then an appointment was made just for the engineer to turn up at 11pm without the right equipment to change the battery even after calling me on my mobile and asking me again what was the issue. They made me go to the shop to get a new gas card, I did get it and the problem is still there. CARD NOT ACCEPTED. BAT LOW. and right now it’s been 49 minutes only to try and get me another appointment. You try asking the customer service agent a question and they act as if they know what you are going to ask and give wrong answer. Very bad experience with these EON people.
