Одним словом — мошенники! Пользовалась около недели и всё было нормально, но стоило мне только повысить сумму перевода так мой кошелёк сразу заблокировали! Писала в службу поддержки раз 5, но никакого толку.

I provided all the documents, but technical support always responds with the same type of letters. And there are a huge number of victims like me. Apple, convincingly request an investigation into this app and all related apps of this user. People are losing huge amounts of money. When we write to tech support there is no result. How can you even have an app of this format in your store. Please urgently remove the application from the store to avoid such cases.

What a disgraceful business this is. I went to login to my account and they require a password, verification code and a pin. I wasn’t sure on the pin so I decided to contact customer service. It has now been one WEEK for them to take care of it. I sent all the information and things just don’t get done. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this company. Disorganized, they don’t answer to emails and their process is as slow as company can possibly be!!

Stole my EOS coins. Transferred in and can’t transfer out. No support. Try to submit ticket and it fails over and over again. Lost a lot of money trusting the reviews and this app and their website!!!

The best wallet I tried so far, very easy to use, most important is free. Better than PayPal IMO.
