App support through EOS is non existent. Filling out a help request online only gets an error message. No one at the gym can help.

Please just fix it

Doesn’t have a lot of data. It’s more of a calendar than a fitness tracker really. Every activity it syncs from Garmin is always general cardio.

Worthless app that just takes up space on your mobile device. I’ve been with EoS for a couple of years now. We recently changed our membership to a different plan. Now this the EoS fitness app no longer shows my personal training appointments, no one at the club knows why. They give me a email address and say contact them. They should know what the problem is. The app and interfaces are total garbage, no real customer support. Just an email box. My personal trainer had me download this worthless app now. I’ll be canceling any further personal training payments. I have a back log of 65 sessions and was just going to put it on hold until I got caught up. Thanks worthless app

As soon as I downloaded this app on my watch, it cut my Apple Watch’s battery life in half. If you pair this app with the Apple Health app only, it will gets all of the data from your Apple Watch without reducing the watch's usability. This app has a few more glitches than that regularly but it not awful.

This app is very slow to sync with other apps, like Apple Health. I wish it also synced workouts from Apple Health. It’s way too much of a pain to track stuff in multiple apps.

I love how the app saves your progress if you close it and come back later. Very informative and helpful for training!

This App is terrible. The times are always wrong and myTrainer’s workouts are not synced to the app. I paid good money for a Trainer and the benefit of having an App but it doesn’t even work. Just take money and not deliver seems to be the MO for EōS.

This App performs no useful functions. It does ask for partial or full access to your private information. No reason given. Sleazy.
