Excellent sincèrement très bien

After registering an account with my email and password, I then proceeded to take a photo as required by ANTS for my French driving licence. Once the photo was taken and I verified it with my signature, the app took my payment of 5€ and then told me there was an error and to try again. But each time you try again, you have to pay another 5€ and there does not seem to be any way to get a refund for each time the app encounters an error! Hopeless!

L’appli marche très bien, est simple d’utilisation, et j’ai eu confirmation de ma photo en 2h30 donc super content. Seulement 4 étoiles car j’aurais aimé l’option « sauver la photo pour plus tard » pour faire un ou deux essais avant d’envoyer celle qu’on pense être la meilleure.

I needed a digital photo approved for ANTS. The digital number and copies of photos arrived by email within the same day and worked perfect for driving licence application.

The app is described as being available in English or French. Within my phone settings I checked that the English language was selected for this app. It shows English as the default. Unfortunately this doesn’t appear to transfer to the app itself which remains in French. Am I missing something?

Rien n’est aussi facile à faire que vendu dans leur publicité et explications. Des mails arrivent dans tous les sens. Signature conforme (j’ai le screen shot) mais à refaire 10 fois. Tout est fait pour vous faire perdre du temps et abandonner. Ce que j’ai fait. Rien de conforme à la vente. Remboursement refusé (et je n’ai rien eu!), non respect des co étions de vente à distance au sujet remboursement demandé dans délai. A éviter ! Si j’avais pu 0 étoile!

Même prix que dans un photomaton officielle sauf qu’en plus on doit imprimer par nous même. L’application est simple et facile mais tellement chère!

Arnaque totale. Je fais mes photos, et après je reçois un message comme quoi elles ne sont pas conformes, mais je peux les refaire gratuitement… Et impossible de le faire. J’ai été obligé de refaire des photos à 4,99 €, donc 5€. Et bien sur, impossible de réclamer. Je me demande combien de gens se sont fait avoir par ce truc.
