They said I need to top up 10 euro to buy the 9.99 bundle. I did. But received only 9,62 euro to the account. They said I need to add more cause of local taxes 4%. But I can’t add just 1 euro, only 5. So to use an internet in Malta for one day as a traveler you need to gift them 10 euro or more. No other options.
Vodafone app was inconvenient, true, but at least it worked. This one just shuts off or freezes every time I am trying to perform any action: view the bill, check my profile, pay the bill. By now I have tried about dozen of times with zero success. Congratulations on epic start, honestly
Used app previously, and suddenly this pops up when trying to log in ‘EPIC APP NOT AVAILABLE FOR YOUR ACCOUNT TYPE’ app needs updates and fixing…
UI is a garbage and zero functionality, not even have bundles provided on website
After switching my account from top-up to monthly paid, it stopped working… I’ve used Vodafone for years and thought the epic was their brand as well. I’ve never seen such a “hey! I just learned coding, here’s my fist app” kinda design for a mobile company… It’s not basic, it is primitive
Was just scammed out of a 10€ topup, sent them reciept was told they cant do anything, sent them proof and was still denied
App crashing as soon as i double tap pay.
