I love this game, but there is only so much we can take with this clear favouritism for China. They get every single anniversary, 5k skystones and a new event that we don’t get which gives rewards like 2 Lv88 equipment, 300 charms and 42mil gold plus more. Where is the fairness to players that have stuck by all these years? Poor form Smilegate.
Refund all the arena losses that I’ve copped due to random constant application crashes. Genuinely lost a lot of conquest points, arena points, and sky stones from all the disconnects. Fix your game please, this is so frustrating- especially as a player pushing for arena legend.
Hello epic seven creators/developers Qol: I wish you guys made a feature/update that allows the user to background battle while app is in the background (for phone users) rather than having the game open and having to sit though each and every fight over and over again. By background app I mean close the app but still running in the background outside of epic seven just like pc. Thank you it would help a lot if this feature was implemented into the game :) *Background battle, when you swipe up on iPhone and game continues to play, rather than the game freezes and waits for you to join back*
In terms of game and gacha, i’d say its pretty good as far as it gets. I’m F2P and i’ve gotten my fairshare of moonlight (rarer characters to pull) and grabbed myself some decent gear through their plentiful gear farming events which I can appreciate. Only thing to really be iffy about rn is the incredibly sour meta rn for pvp. It wasn’t this bad initially but slowly the pvp meta has been shifted towards a more rng based team comp that procs passives of percent chances and stuff like that. For consideration, a single aoe attack into a “meta” team will and has proc’d about 5 things on your single turn that leads to your death. Don’t get me wrong, i don’t hate these kinds of characters but some sort of addressing needs to be done to tone this sorta style down so its less of a if they proc I lose to a if they i proc i could lose. Characters as well as slowly getting powercreeped but ig thats just the nature of gacha games.
Now every war it’s awful and ruining my winrate. Please fix it. This is the best mobile game ever but bugs will ruin it

Have been playing this game since launch, and nothing comes near to it, the amount of quality that's put into this game is absurd
Could you add the option to turn off screen reorientation for tablet? (Or just remove the feature) It’s also buggy and kicks you out of side story back into the tavern.
Epic seven is a highly amazing game and has a beautiful story and graphic and truly deserves a five star rating
