No wi-fi. No audio signal
The application does not transmit sound to the laptop. The application does not connect to the laptop via wi-fi. There are no step-by-step instructions on how to connect to a laptop using wi-fi. There were no similar problems with other applications. I ask the developer to either fix these problems or return the funds.
Howto return money?
2021.5 version no more compatible with my iMac under macOS 10.12 on your driver level. How I can return money from EpocCam? 2023.2 version not compatible with Mac OS 10.15. How I can return money from EpocCam?

Все работало хорошо, но сегодня Camera Hub просто не видит телефон. Ни по WiFi ни по USB. Потратил несколько часов, переустанавливал программы на телефоне и ПК, но так и не заработало. Почините, пожалуйста!
I couldn’t stream
it was freezing. I bought for streaming HD quality but I couldn’t stream even 750 with 30fps

Приложение мусор . 2 раза приконектолось и все . Больше не конектица . Американский мусор как всегда и за бешенные бабки . Я недоволен .
Ужасное приложение
Я купил платную версию этого отвратительного продукта. Я не хочу подключать iPhone через wi-fi, это неудобно, есть большая задержка. Подключение по проводу просто не работает
Mic not working on windows 10
Waste of time and money trying to get mic working on win10. Had to google that additional driver needed to be install with cameraHub, but still no sound. Frankly speaking seems like scam that pro version promised mic support, but there is none.

It doesn't work. Literally
Was using epoccam app to use as webcamera. Everything was cool. But then i wanted to say thanks to developer and remove watermark. Bought pro version. And it doesn't work. It's connecting to pc and after one minute of working it disconnecting and Just three dots dancing in Camera hub. Watermarked version still works. But paid version not (( pointless byu ((
