EPOS Connect

This app is so bad, I have tried everything the app suggests for pairing the headset with the app, none of it works… 0/5

Had Epos Adopt 660 headphones for 1 year. Hardware is great. Software not so much. It still has issues when opening the app to Connect to the 660. It says “connecting” for many minutes until it says unable to Connect. Unacceptable for a product this price. Obviously epos does not care as even with updates the issue persists after 1 year. I just use the headphones without the app. Sometimes the app Works. Most times it Wont even connect, even though the headphones are playing Music etc (thus being connected. iPhone 14 Pro updated to latest ios. Headphones Also updated :-) Update january 2024: Does not work at all. The app tries to connect but fails. I cannot use the app. After 15 tries it did Connect in the app. Just use the headphones without the app. Much better.

It takes a long time to transfer the update, because of disconnects, then it won’t install it due to not being able read the battery level. After restarting the app to make it read the battery level, it says updating went successful, but it still says there is an update pending and starts transfering it again. Never ending loop.

It is an ok app but it isn’t very useful. Was hoping for and equalizer and maybe some more options regarding the noise cancelling

Nice intuitive app with necessary features. One problem: My headset is usually connected to both my pc (through the dongle) and phone at the same time. When I open the app, it fails to connect to the headset and breaks my connection with both the dongle and phone. In order to restore the connection, I have turn the headset off and on again. If I want the headset to connect to the app, i have to go through the whole process of “pressing the teams button for 5s”.

I cannot connect my EPOS Adapt 360 with the app.

Das Iphone ist mit dem Headset gekoppelt, die App findet es aber nicht. Somit nutzlose App.

Die App bekommt genau einmal nach der Installation Zugriff auf das Headset. Dann nicht mehr. Gibt einen Vorgeschmack auf den Kopfhörer. Ich würde ihn nicht wieder kaufen.

Nachdem die App ein einziges Mal den Kopfhörer gefunden hat- und mir zumindest mitgeteilt hat dass das Update über einen PC durchgeführt werden muss, findet die App den verbundenen Kopfhörer nicht mehr. Wohlgemerkt während er ganz normal mit dem Telefon verbunden ist. Aktuelles iOS ist natürlich drauf und der Adapt360 auch auf neuestem Stand.
