Must do better.
This is the most basic financial app I’ve seen. Probably written by a high school student. Is this the best EQi can do in 2023? Unacceptable

The EQi App allows you to stay on top of your investment portfolio when you are on the move. You can view your portfolio summaries, buy, sell and keep up to date with any secure messages.
When using the EQi App, you can:
Buy and Sell a wide range of investments
Deal at best or place a limit order, Rising Buy and a Stop loss
Amend Existing limit orders, Rising buys or Stop Losses
Obtain up to date information on your portfolios
Read, reply and send us a new secure message
You will be able to log into the EQi App by using your EQi online credentials
If you do not have an EQi Account, you can open one quickly on our website www.eqi.co.uk. We offer Flexible Stocks and Shares ISAs, Stocks and Shares Lifetime ISAs and Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs).

Worst app on my phone and I’ve got some shockers.
Rubbish
EQi is a total mess.?I can’t access my money for over 2 months. They just send auto replies. Shockingly bad.

The is a terrible app, terrible platform and the main compony is not much better, The system never right, and the call centre is now over sea, any issue you raises they need 24h to look into, They can not even show live data on your stock prices, to add the CEO left so you can not even contacted him. I think realised he’s pushing water up a hill,

Not working again
Is this app even working?
Downloaded it as find the websites cumbersome and not even to get past the password stage and no connection to app support. If this app doesn’t work then take it down.

The whole platform broke down ever since the market open and i am unable to log in to trade in both the app and website for more than an hour now and still continue to not working while I’m writing this review. Super furious!!! This app is so useless and unreliable!!!!!

Will be share transferring out, what a load of rubbish
Not working
Steer clear. I ended up entering providing my account details and my full PIN number without gaining access to my account. A reputable company would not release an untested app.
