Equal Yoga

The most uncomfortable and non logical app I’ve seen. Besides, it doesn’t keep you in and logs out all the time without remembering your log in or password. I think they should hire someone who knows how to build apps and completely remake it 😅

I really love equal yoga, the teachers, the vibe, but the app is so frustrating. Either it freezes, it jumps around between all these pages that usually are completely irrelevant. The main reason to go on the app is to book a class or to cancel a class - and somehow the feature to do that is in the same page, and it’s the least accessible one. It takes me forever to find it, and then it’s easy to lose it as well. Needs updating!

the app is very frustrating to book classes. it shows you a map of the room but you can’t click to choose a mat or go back to see the schedule again. very annoying

I love this studio. This app makes me think that it’s part of yoga as I have to develop a lot of patience while using it. It’s not logical, booking classes and switching between locations is awful. I get logged out for no reason. Website is just as bad.

The app support the main needs but boy the user experience is not great. On a couple of occasions I booked 2 classes at the same time at different places, chose the class at a wrong location, chose the wrong date. The booking process is full of land mines, the font is crazy small, changing a booking is a quest on its own. I am happy that the people at the studios are extremely helpful and quickly fix my bookings or missed lessons. But the app, the app needs rework.

Agree with other reviewers - very unprofessional app, bad UI, bank payment doesn’t open, reserved classes do not show up.. Whoever built this app - think of carrière change
