Based on your RideSum seat analysis*, goals and schedule we individualize your off saddle workout plan to help you improve your seat and your riding.
NDIVIDUALIZED SCHEDULE
You don’t need to spend hours on top of your riding every week to see & feel the results you’re looking for in your seat and riding. We know weekly schedules are very different whether you’re at home or out competing and your workout plan needs to be adjusted into your schedule to actually get done and to feel motivating. You can choose how many workouts fit into your week the best and you can adjust every week easily in your workout calendar when needed.
PRE-AND POST-RIDE ROUTINES
You don’t need a workout every day. But what you need, is to still act like an athlete. Short pre- and post-ride routines are your daily athletic acts that help you feel at your best in the saddle day in and day out. You can get your daily recommendations based on what you need and how you feel today.
NUTRITION GUIDES & RECIPES
We help you feel comfortable in your own body and to have optimal energy levels through active days at home and long competition weekends with simple and actionable sports nutrition tools that help you understand what you need as a rider to optimize your nutrition.
