This app is very hard to use and confusing. It is faster and easier to just walk to all the light switches. I can’t believe it has not been upgraded to something that actually works.
I paid to company called Sterling Home Technologies in Texas almost $30,000 to install a home lighting automation system. They said this App would control everything. It has not worked. The company has been looking for more money to return to help me for an app that has never worked right.
I am very much regret relying on this app. It barely works within Wi-Fi range. When you were traveling, it's useless. Very disappointed ... would recommend that you run away don't walk from this terrible experience.
I have the same problem as Hans. Has there been a solution? Basically app works for a few days then crashes and I have to reboot everything. Id love not to have to do all this. Did anyone find a solution?
Very very bad app. Very disappointed with the app, system an dealer.
Haven’t been able to find any online tutorials for this app. It won’t let you make changes to the scenes that your installer set up. You have to set up entire new scenes yourself. A friend uses a different system to control his lighting (not Vantage) and watching him effortlessly create his scenes make me want to ditch my app and system. Hate it!
Even though App has not been updated in a long time, it has worked ok until the release of iPadOS 16.1. After upgrading my iPad to 16.1 the app is completely broken and unusable….please fix this ASAP Legrand!
This is one of the worst apps I have ever used, but unfortunately I have no choice since Vantage systems apparently only can interface with this app. Too late for me to change lighting system, but if you have a choice I strongly recommend that you avoid installing the Vanatgage lighting system. Further to the Equinox lock-up issue reported last year, as per your advice we contacted again your Authorized Dealer. We regret to inform you that your Authorized Dealer has been unable to provide a solution up to date. To our astonishment, today they have formally informed us that they are not in a position to provide a solution, as they do not have the knowledge, skills and access to Vantage factory support to provide a solution to this serious fault, leaving us without remote access to our home controls. In addition, the said Authorized Dealer has informed us that they will no longer be working with Vantage due to the lack of technical support from the brand and therefore will not be providing maintenance service either. They claim not to have received any support from Vantage to assist their local customers and therefore they have not sold any new installation in the last five years. Frankly, we do not understand how a multinational company of the stature of Legrand/Vantage cannot resolve a fault in an installation through an authorized distributor. We have put our trust in your company and made a large investment to purchase this home automation system which in practice is rendered useless because it cannot be accessed via portable devices. We did not purchase from the "Authorized Dealer per se", we purchased from "Legrand/Vantage through your Authorized Dealer", and we expect support from your company. We are respectfully and formally requesting technical support from you, either through the Authorized Dealer or directly, to solve this critical problem. After updating my Iphone and Ipad (IOS 14.4.2) it works well a few times and suddenly it blocks and it does not start again. It attempts to charge the application but after the first orange light (world) turns on it stop working, the following two orange lights (house and check sign) remain off and it simply stop working. The only way to make it work again is to reset the Infusion Controller, but the cycle repeats: it works fine a few times and it block again. Somebody had the same experience? Any clue on how to fix this failure?
