Equitable Mobile App

The app hardly works - would give it a zero if I could.

More than half the time I can’t login. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it works on the fourth attempt, but almost never on the first.

This is by far one of the worst financial apps out there. Makes no sense being such a large company and this is what they produce. App is often unavailable. Docs are often unavailable. Transactions are often unavailable. I've even had entire accounts unavailable....seriously scary when it's your money you're looking up. Honestly, please just look at any other major financial institution and copy their app and scrap this.

By comparison to Fidelity or Schwab, Equitable is about 12 years behind in tech. At this day and age, no need to suffer through their app issues.

I used to utilize Fidelity for my investments and was use to a very fast, and robust application for my finances. However, recently I moved my assets over to Equitable and began using their app and I have only had issues. The app is extremely slow and glitchy. In addition, the app is nowhere close to the sophistication I was use to with Fidelity. Please fix this app!

Very poorly designed app. Hangs Most of the time.

The app is so slow to load. It takes more than 10 seconds to show my balance!! Terrible API performance. This is unacceptable for a modern app. If it were not for good service from my advisor, I would dump equitable. I know banking transactions happen at a snails pace are ridiculous anyways, but having a wire transfer from one of my investment accounts to my Equitable account take multiple days to show up in Equitable is very frustrating as well as preventing any market gains from accruing in my account in the interim.

I’m continuing to get blank pages on ap and website. I need a 1099 to comlere my taxes and cannot get it.

So far so good only one week

This is a garbage app for such a reputable company. Constantly says pages are missing or just sends you back to a login page. Trash.
