I do all business banking through the app It is convenient and helps me work anywhere

Still haven’t received new ATM card. Old works infrequently, Equity were to send new card a few wk ago. Equity didn’t send me ATM as promised, it was at Bank. My wife lost debit card & was promised a new one would be sent promptly. That was about 7 days ago. Finally I talked to bank personnel in person about a week ago & was questioning a debit to my account that wasn’t recognizable. I was promised to get a response quickly a few days later after no reply & sent message via Equity chat. Still no reply. I’m not getting good feeling about all the changes at the Eureka location! Not convenient, hardly ever works correctly

Easy to open and easy to use.

Works good just a bit annoying if it shows your your credit score and can't get into the account

I have used it for years. This app is intuitive and easy for everyday needs: no long drill downs or odd labels for basic functions.

Going to switch banks got paid yesterday still can’t access my money and pay rent thanks a lot

No problems. Easy to search for specific checking account items.

Have nothing to complain about. Definitely recommend equity!

Best bank app ever used and I’ve used several! I like the balance shown after each transaction and that it goes back a long time.
