Equity Mobile

There’s an issue with this update, whenever you put the number and it pre-fill the country code it some how get it wrong. Am the time it comes up with the error message “the phone number isn’t right” even when the number is right. I have noticed since the last 2 updates of the app. Can you look into it and fix asap. Thanks.

Transfer of money made easier, and the fact that I can see the balance in my account is awesome. I’m happy to be part of Equity bank, thanks to Timothy from Equity bank Eldoret branch for taking me through the process.

Great improvement in this new app compared to previous one…

I have been trying to get a receipt of the money sent, it shows a button to download it or share but when I press on the button it loads and give me an 404 error as if it is not there yet it can serve as a proof to the person I am sending money to. Please check on that because it has been years! Thanks, otherwise the app is good I commend your work!

I have been using equity for a very long time and the mobile app is the worst. They intentionally remove fingerprint log in which is not good given the fact even trying to log in with password seem to be a problem too

I have really enjoyed this App. I have never gone to the bank to withdraw money because anytime I can send money during the day and night without any stress. It is so helpful and I am so grateful for it. Keep it up.
