Really bad
Got a new phone and can’t log in to my account. Sent them an email a week ago and haven’t heard back, so all my VIPs and progress are more likely gone. Happened a few years back to, sent them the email and never heard back. I was able to log in to the account after few months of trying tho, which unfortunately won’t happen this time. No point in spending your time and money on the game that has bugs and glitches all the time, they take forever to fix anything and as you can tell, there’s absolutely no contact with them. Can’t do it on fb, they never ever reply to emails, no one cares on discord… so whatever you do, you’ll just loose in the end. Such a shame, cause I wanted to play and my character made so much progress… spent quite a lot of money on it too. They don’t care. They just take the money and cut themselves off completely. So as much as I like the game, even with constant annoying bugs, I don’t recommend. It’s a pay to win, but then you pay and can’t even access your account, cause they’re nowhere to be found to help you. Shame.

Nice game but.....
I really enjoyed playong this game. I like everything on this game except when you have problem. No one answers to your problem. Since update last week. I having trouble when recharging diamonds. It always says recharge failure. I contacted the customer service but until now no reply. I spent a lot money and time. And because of the update I suffer. Im bery disappointed that no one is trying to fix players problem. They only get your money and dont care of the other problems

I’ve download this game before on my iPhone XR but now I’ve downloaded it on my iPhone 12 it doesn’t work

The game itself is good but the graphics are appalling you level up really fast at the start but only because the game does it for you so you aren’t ready later on
It’s ok
The bad thing about it that when you first start you get to choose 1 out of 3 characters and 2 of they are male and 1 is female if you accidentally pick the wrong character they your kinda screwed up. You have to delete the game and download it back leaving it to update again and waist your memorie.
Best mobile game I’ve ever played
Such an amazing game, slightly pay to win but regardless of that it’s an incredible game. 5 stars through and through 🙂👍🏻
