Wish I’d never purchased

App keeps logging me out so have to constantly keep login in always when I get home and want to disarm alarm. Cameras constantly go by off line Been with Response Alarms/ERA for 30 + years and this system is by far the worst, never had problems with all the previous systems f try on them.

I have used ERA Cameras for over a year, sorry to say will be using a different brand as the ERA system is not working for me. I paid a subscription fee for the cameras which was intended to record 24/7 which however was not the case. I found it didn’t record for 60 percent of the time and video was poor. It also goes offline for any reason, I have decided to replace system with one that records to nvr in the house to ensure I have 24/7 recordings if needed.

The clip length is 10-15s which is not long enough if you are trying to look for say when something was delivered or if there was a disturbance

Easy to use app, had to contact customer support who responded to my queries and issues in a quick manner

Company failed to send the chip requited to activate lock. This means you have to be right next to the door and it’s slow activating often getting wet in the rain. No convenience at all. Still waiting on the chip weeks after the lock was installed. Slow appalling customer service for a expensive indulgence

It’s not great at all prefer the old app

I’m at my wits end with this company, poor software, been told to use 3 different software options , all of them with glitches on, the glitches are under review but I’m expecting the usual response, “were unable to replicate the issues your having it may be your phone set up “ I’ll update this review if that is the response!!

Cameras give good quality pictures, but getting them to operate after a period of being switched off, at the same property and with the same internet server/set up is practically impossible . The cameras work with an Ethernet cable attached, but that isn't possible for all the cameras.

I was advised (probably like 90% of people using this app) to “upgrade” to this from the older app. I do not recommend this app. The old app has longer even history that you can filter by day. The older app gives notifications instantly, whereas this one has a very long delay if it even gives you a notification at all. Worst of all, I couldn’t disarm my alarm today with the new app. I tried the old app and it worked immediately. The new app is clearly unfinished. All in all, I’m finding that the whole system in general is degrading as I don’t get any notifications for low battery on the sensors or siren, and I’m getting false triggers on the PIRs. The false PIR triggers are confirmed when I look at 24/7 video recorded on a different system as there will be no motion in the area the PIR is in. So yeah, I do not recommend this system. Pay more and go elsewhere.
