App is crashing when signing in or directly click on Send Money from the Entry Screen

How many times I uninstall the app and reinstall again but if i right the pastcode is not working! Colour black! I need help thank you

I keep trying to upload my passport and self! It wont accept. Whats the problem

Is this a joke? What a waste of time!!! What a scammer!!! After submitting all documents and video calling for verification, unable to send to different countries??!!!! Registered nationality can send nor receive from different countries.

I keep stuck at signature page where I have click submit so many times.

I’m stuck at the signature page, all my other documents are already submitted. But I can’t revert to the previous page of the setup. Now every time I try to login I ended up the signature page

I had very bad experience with this remittance company. My remittance was scrutinised by their personnel. I was asked who was the recipient and the connection to me etc. Eventually, they rejected my application after 6 hours of waiting. And at the time of this writing (almost 48 hours after rejection), I still have not received my refund. If only I know that they are this strict, I may opt to use online banking or other established remittance agency. Suck app.... bad customer service too.... everything seems to move slowly
