The app is great - when it actually works. You HAVE to be connected to a 2.4GHz internet connection otherwise it’s useless. If you happen to connect to 5GHz after the installation process you cannot just reconnect to 2.4. You have to reset your router and make sure you do so under 2.4 for it to connect. I’ve been using this app for two years and never had issues until the update around 7 months ago.
Controlling your bed by a tablet or by your voice seemed impossible until now. Simply tell Alexa to turn on the massage and in seconds you drift away in a blissful state. Great job to guys at ergo for making this happen.
